Gluten & Dairy Free Raspberry Chia Pudding

For the chia pudding:

  • 120 ml dairy free milk
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

For the raspberry layer:

  • 70 ml dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp gluten free oats
  • 4 tbsps frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana


  • Mix together the chia seeds, milk and maple syrup
  • Chill in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours
  • Make the raspberry layer by blending together the milk, oats, raspberries and bananas
  • Pour the raspberry smoothie into a glass and top with the chia seeds
