Kick start your day the right way with this easy to make rainbow smoothie. It is packed full of vitamins and minerals and is also a great way to boost your portion of fruit and vegetables consumed for the day in one sitting.

And on top of all that it tastes great as well and, of course, is naturally gluten and dairy free.




  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 4 tablespoons raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 250ml apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Enjoy
