Gluten and Dairy Free Pizza

Pizza is one of my favourite treats but it is not really the friend of people not eating gluten and dairy! A lot of the chain restaurants have introduced gluten free pizza and I’ve enjoyed a few. I thought I would have a go at making gluten free pizza at home. This recipe can be made in a big batch and the dough split into individual portions and frozen before it is cooked.

The pizza sauce is probably nothing like a traditional italian sauce, it really is just a combination of ingredients I thought tasted nice together on the top of a pizza.



Note: the pizza sauce recipe makes way more than you need for one pizza but I like to make it a large batch and freeze for future pizzas, you can scale the recipe down if you want less sauce.
