Gluten and Dairy Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fudge

One for the peanut butter lovers! I made this for the bake sale at work as it is super quick to make, easy to transport and who doesn’t love fudge.

If you can’t have nuts then try this recipe with one of the free nut butters you can pick up in some health food stores – it should provide the same creaminess to make this recipe work.




  • 135g peanut butter
  • 115g dairy free spread
  • 220g icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free chocolate chips


  1. Line a 6″ square traybake tin with foil leaving an overhang to allow you to lift the fudge out
  2. Place the peanut butter and dairy free spread in a small saucepan
  3. Gently heat until the butter is melted and you have a smooth paste
  4. Stir in the icing sugar
  5. Press the mix into the traybake tin
  6. Top with the chocolate chips
  7. Allow to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours
  8. Remove from the baking tin and cut into small pieces
