Gluten and Dairy Free PB & J Smoothie

This smoothie is a twist on the classic peanut butter and jelly combination. I’ve made two separate smoothies – one with fresh berries to represent the jelly and another with dairy free chocolate milk and peanut butter to represent the PB.




For the PB:

  • 100ml dairy free chocolate milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter

For the J:

  • 100ml dairy free milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons frozen berries


  1. Blend together the chocolate milk, banana and peanut butter
  2. Separately blend together the milk, banana and berries
  3. Pour the berry smoothie into a cup then gently pour in the peanut butter smoothie
  4. Swirl gently to create a marbled effect
