Gluten and Dairy Free Mini Pesto Pizzas

This dish came about for having a few random ingredients that I wanted to use up. It tasted great and thought it was a good little idea for a quick lunch so thought I would share it with you all. I used the Warbuton’s mini gluten free wraps, Sacla’s free from basil pesto and Violife’s dairy free cheddar style cheese.




  • 2 gluten and dairy free tortilla wraps
  • 2 tablespoons gluten and dairy free pesto
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small pepper, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Saute the onion, peppers and garlic in shallow pan until soft, about 5 minutes
  3. Place the tortilla wraps on a baking sheet
  4. Spread on the pesto
  5. Top with the onion and peppers
  6. Sprinkle on the cheese and top with a little oregano
  7. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes
