Gluten and Dairy Free Mexican Chicken Sizzle

  1. Heat a little olive oil in a shallow pan
  2. Dice the chicken and add to the oil with the oregano, cayenne pepper, sugar, cinnamon and lime juice
  3. Cook for ten minutes on a medium heat
  4. Add the diced onion and peppers and cook on high for another five minutes
  5. If you have one serve on a cast iron skillet for the extra sizzle
