Gluten and Dairy Free Lemon and Chilli Stir Fry Sauce

Description

A simple stir fry sauce, works especially well with a prawn stir fry

Ingredients

  • 185ml vegetable stock
  • 5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small pan
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring until the sauce has thickened
  3. Serve with your favourite stir fry ingredients
