I’m a real coffee lover and probably spend far too much money on takeaway coffees. I’ve tried a few times to make iced coffees at home but they have never tasted as good as the ones in the coffee shop. That is where the cold brew coffee concentrate comes into play – it gives a lovely rich taste that you can dilute with more water for an iced black coffee or some dairy free milk for a iced latte.

For the cold brew coffee concentrate:

  • 1/2 cup of coffee beans
  • 2 cups cold water

For the caramel latte:

  • 125ml cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 125ml dairy free milk
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup, I used Monin
  • crushed ice
