Gluten and Dairy Free Grilled Turkey Salad with Chilli Pineapple Dressing

Turkey isn’t just for Christmas; it’s a lean, versatile source of protein. I’ve used it in this lovely fresh salad which I’ve dressed with a chilli pineapple sauce. Perfect for the upcoming summer months.

  1. Drizzle both sides of the turkey steaks with olive oil
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Dust with the smoked paprika and chilli flakes
  4. Heat a shallow pan over a high heat
  5. Cook the turkey steaks for about 6 minutes on each side
  6. Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and blitz until smooth
  7. Put the salad in a large bowl, top with the grilled turkey steak and drizzle on the chilli pineapple dressing
