Gluten and Dairy Free Fruit Dippers

I love the combination of the dairy free ‘creamy’ dip compared to the sharpness of the berry dip, makes fruit a little bit more exciting. This dish can also be easily taken as part of a packed lunch to the school/office.




For the nut butter dip:

  • 3 tablespoons cashew or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free yoghurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

For the strawberry dip:

  • 6 tablespoons strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar

For dipping:

  • 1/4 cantaloupe melon
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 4 tablespoon grapes

  1. Start by making the strawberry dipping sauce by placing the strawberries, lemon juice, cornflour and sugar in a small pan
  2. Heat over a medium heat for about 5 minutes, allow to cool
  3. Make the peanut butter dip by whisking together the nut butter, yoghurt and honey until well combined
  4. Chop up the fruit and serve with the dips
