Gluten and Dairy Free Fish Burrito Bowls

  • 2 Cod fillets
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1 Pepper Diced
  • 2 Tsps Fajita seasoning
  • 150 G Brown rice
  • 2 Tbsps Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 2 Tbsps Crushed avocado
  • 2 Tbsps Dairy free cheese Grated
  • 2 Handfuls salad leaves
  • Salt and pepper For seasoning


  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet
  • Divide between the two bowls and add in a handful of salad leaves
  • Saut√© the onion and peppers with one teaspoon of the fajita seasoning for 5 minutes in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Divide between the two bowls
  • Coat the fish in the remaining fajita seasoning and gently fry for 3 minutes on each side
  • Cut into chunks and divide between the two bowls
  • Top the bowls with the cherry tomatoes, avocado and dairy free cheese
