Gluten and Dairy Free Crisp Rice Cereal Bars

I try to have either my homemade granola or cereal bars as they make perfect packed breakfasts to take on the go with me. I usually pair them with a banana and/or yoghurt. I have quite a few cereal bar recipes on the website already but I can’t stop experimenting with new ingredients. This one is super quick to make as it is a no bake recipe, so perfect to through together on a Sunday night before the busy week.




  • 75g gluten free crisp rice cereal
  • 150g gluten free porridge oats
  • 75g sultanas
  • 100ml honey, agave or golden syrup
  • 125g peanut butter


  1. Line an 8″ by 8″ cake tin with foil
  2. Place the crisp rice, oats and sultanas in a large bowl
  3. Add the honey and peanut butter to a small saucepan
  4. Heat gently until well combined
  5. Pour over the crisp rice mix and stir until well combined
  6. Press into the cake tin and leave to set
  7. Cut into 9 bars
