  • 150 grams gluten free pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • pinch chilli flakes
  • 1 large chicken breast diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 100 grams mushrooms diced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free basil pesto
  • 50 ml dairy free milk
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet and set aside 
  • Add the olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Add in the garlic, chilli flakes and chicken
  • Saute for 5 minutes
  • Add in the onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
  • Cook for anther 5 minutes
  • Stir in the dairy free milk and pesto 
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Season to taste
  • Stir through the pasta and serve
