Gluten and Dairy Free Creamy Banana Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is fast becoming one of my favourite breakfasts for a number of reasons. One it is super quick to make and I can do it the night before, second it is really easy to make gluten and dairy free and third the favour possibilities are endless.

I do admit that sometimes it doesn’t look the most appetising but if you can get beyond that it is a really tasty start to the day.





  1. Stir together the banana, maple syrup and dairy free milk
  2. Mix in the chia seeds
  3. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate overnight
  4. Top with your choice of fruit or gluten free granola
