Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate & Coconut Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g dairy free coconut yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon gluten free granola
  • 2 cubes dairy free dark chocolate
  • banana slices
  • sprinkle of desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Place the yoghurt, banana, peanut butter and cocoa powder in a blender
  • Blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a bowl and top with the banana, chocolate, granola and coconut
