Gluten & Dairy Free Choc PB Banana Frozen Shells

A pretty little frozen chocolate, peanut butter and banana ice cream dessert in the shape of shells

  • 2 bananas
  • 80 g smooth peanut butter
  • 30 ml dairy free milk
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey


  • Place the banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder and dairy free milk in a blender
  • Blitz until smooth and creamy
  • Grease a madeleine baking sheet (if you don't have one you can freeze in mini loaf tins or muffin cases)
  • Divide the ice cream mix between the 9 shell moulds
  • Place in the freezer and freeze until solid – this will take a couple of hours
  • Remove from the moulds and enjoy
