Description

There are a lot of great free from Christmas pies you buy and enjoy this Christmas. With my milk allergy I miss a lot of the traditional Christmas accompaniments that compliment my mince pie. I had some brandy leftover from making my Christmas pudding so I’ve put together this very simple and quick recipe to make dairy free brandy butter. Perfect melted over my hot mince pie for a little treat.

Ingredients

  • 60g icing sugar
  • 50g dairy free spread, I used Pure Sunflower
  • 1 tablespoon brandy

Method

  1. Beat together the icing sugar and dairy free spread
  2. Beat in the brandy
  3. Chill in the fridge until required
