Now the mornings are starting to become dark and miserable I thought I would add a bit of brightness to my day with this vibrant breakfast bowl. Easy to make and a healthy way to kickstart the day. You can top this with anything you like.




  • 100g dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 120g frozen berries (I used raspberries and cherries)


  • sprinkle of granola
  • kiwi slices
  • banana slices
  • mango cubed
  • pineapple cubed

  3. Pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings
