Gluten and Dairy Free Beef Burgers

Ingredients

For the burgers:

  • 500g Steak Mince
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Salt and pepper, for seasoning
  • 4 gluten free burger buns

Method

 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl
  2. Season with salt and pepper and mix well
  3. Shape into four circular burger shapes
  4. Grill for approximately 15 minutes, flipping half way through cooking
  5. Place the burgers inside the buns and serve with the homemade chips
