Gluten and Dairy Free Banana and Peanut Granola

Banana Peanut Granola

  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 120 ml honey
  • 125 g peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • 250 g gluten free oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • 150 g peanuts
  • 100 g dried banana chips


  • Preheat the oven to 150 oC
  • Line 2 baking sheets with tinfoil
  • In a small saucepan gently heat the coconut oil and honey until melted together and smooth
  • Stir in the peanut butter and mix until well combined
  • Remove from the heat
  • In a large bowl place the oats and cinnamon
  • Pour the honey mix over the oats
  • Stir until all the oats are well coated
  • Spread out the oats between the 2 baking sheets
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stir every 10 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool
  • Stir through the peanuts and banana chips
  • Store in an airtight container
