Gluten and Dairy Free Banana and Peanut Granola
serves / makes 8 30 prep time 30 mins cooking time
Granola is one of my favourite breakfasts, especially when it is accompanied by dairy free yoghurt ad some fresh berries. I have a few versions of gluten and dairy free granola on the website if you don’t fancy this flavour combination.
60g coconut oil
125g peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
250g gluten free oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
100g dried banana chips
Preheat the oven to 150 oC
Line 2 baking sheets with tinfoil
In a small saucepan gently heat the coconut oil and honey until melted together and smooth
Stir in the peanut butter and mix until well combined
