Gluten and Dairy Free Apple Pie Smoothie

serves / makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml dairy free milk, I used almond milk
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 2 apples, peeled and cored
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Serve and enjoy
