Gluten and Dairy Free Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan
  2. Place on a medium heat and bring to the boil
  3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes
  4. Serve immediately
  5. I topped mine with some extra apple, apple sauce and some more cinnamon
