Gluten, Dairy & Egg Free Apple & Date Bars

Serves 9

Ingredients

  • 250g gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 80g dried apples, diced
  • 175g dates, pitted
  • 80g maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

  1. Line a 6″ by 6″ traybake tin with tinfoil
  2. Stir together the oats, dried apple and cinnamon in a mixing bowl
  3. Place the maple syrup, peanut butter and dates in a blender and blitz until smooth
  4. Stir through the oats
  5. Press into the traybake tin and chill in the fridge for 2 hours
  6. Cut into 9 bars
