Gluten, Dairy and Egg Free Almond Cookies

Makes 8 cookies


  • 120g ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 40ml olive oil
  • 65g honey
  • 95g sultanas


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Mix together all the ingredients until it forms a soft dough
  4. Divide into 8 balls
  5. Place on the parchment paper and flatten into discs
  6. Bake for 12 minutes
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet
