Gluten & Dairy Free Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 pepper diced
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • Fresh coriander
  • handful of rocket
  • 2 gluten free pitta breads

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the chicken, yoghurt, curry powder, garam masala and chilli flakes
  • Place the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Add in the chicken, pepper and onions
  • Saute for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked
  • Serve with toasted gluten free pittas and side salad
