Gluten and Dairy Free Sultana and Cashew Nut Granola

  • 115 ml coconut oil
  • 115 ml honey
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 450 g gluten free oats
  • 135 g cashew nuts
  • 135 g sultanas


  • Preheat the oven to 160 oC
  • Place the coconut oil, honey and brown sugar in a saucepan
  • Heat gently until melted and well combined
  • Place the oats and cashew nuts in a large bowl
  • Pour over the coconut oil mixture and stir until all the oats are well coated
  • Spread out across a couple of lined baking sheets
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring the oats halfway through cooking
  • Allow to cool then stir through the sultanas
  • Store in an airtight container
