Gluten and Dairy Free Stem Ginger Cookies

  • 120 g dairy free spread melted
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 120 g gluten free plain flour
  • 180 g gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp stem ginger chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Place the baking powder, brown sugar, flour and oats in a large bowl
  • Stir until mixed
  • Pour in the melted dairy free spread, honey/maple syrup and chopped ginger
  • Place tablespoons of mixture on the baking sheet leaving enough room so the cookies can spread in the oven
  • Bake for 12 minutes
  • Cool before enjoying
