Gluten and Dairy Free Spiced Sultana & Banana Bundt Cake

Serves 8-10


  • 150g dairy free spread
  • 170g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 medium sized bananas, mashed
  • 100ml dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 354g gluten free self raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground mixed spice
  • 85g sultanas


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Grease a 9″ bundt tin or round cake tin
  3. Beat together the dairy free spread and caster sugar
  4. Whisk in the eggs one at a time
  5. Stir in the mashed bananas, flour, mixed spice and sultanas
  6. Pour into the cake tin
  7. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes
  8. Remove from the oven and cake tin
  9. Allow to cool completely before dusting with icing sugar
