Gluten and Dairy Free Spiced Red Pear Bircher Muesli

Serves 2


  • 50g gluten free oats
  • 50g sultanas
  • 20g cashew nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mixed spice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100ml dairy free milk
  • 1 red pear, grated


  1. Place the oats, sultanas, cashew nuts and mixed spice in a bowl
  2. Stir in the honey, milk and grated pear
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Chill in the fridge overnight
