Gluten and Dairy Free Smoked Bacon, Sun-dried Tomato & Hummus Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 gluten free flatbreads, I used Venice Bakery
  • 4 tablespoons caramelised onion hummus
  • 2 slices smoked bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • drizzle of balsamic glaze

Method

  1. Bake the flatbreads in the oven until lightly crisp on the outside
  2. Top with the hummus, smoked bacon, sundried tomatoes and basil
  3. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze
