Raspberry & Melon Frozen Yoghurt

  • 400 ml dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 1 medium sized honeydew melon cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup


  • Place the natural yoghurt, raspberries, melon and honey into a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes, alternatively place in the freezer for a few hours
  • Place scoops of the frozen yoghurt into a bowl and top with fresh raspberries, melon and gluten free granola
