Gluten and Dairy Free Raspberry & Melon Frozen Yoghurt

serves / makes 8


  • 400ml dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 300g raspberries
  • 1 medium sized honeydew melon,  cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup


  1. Place the natural yoghurt, raspberries, melon and honey into a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes, alternatively place in the freezer for a few hours
  3. Place scoops of the frozen yoghurt into a bowl and top with fresh raspberries and melon
