Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spiced Overnight Oats

Serves 2


  • 140g gluten free porridge oats
  • 240ml dairy free milk
  • 115g pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons dairy free natural yoghurt


  1. Mix together the porridge oats, dairy free milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger and honey
  2. Leave in a sealed container overnight
  3. Layer up the pumpkin oats and dairy free natural yoghurt and serve
