Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Seed Butter

Ingredients

  • 300g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 oC
  2. Lay out the pumpkin seeds on a lined baking sheet
  3. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes
  4. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes
  5. Place the pumpkin seeds, olive oil, maple syrup/honey and cinnamon in a blender
  6. Blitz until smooth
  7. Transfer to a small jar
