Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 200g gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 250g pumpkin puree
  • 90g peanut butter
  • 110ml honey

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Line a 6″ square cake tin with tinfoil
  3. Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
  5. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes then remove and allow to cool completely
  6. Cut into 8 bars
