Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Serves 2


  • 110g pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 235ml dairy free milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg


  1. Place the pumpkin puree, banana, dairy free milk, honey/agave, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender
  2. Blitz until smooth and creamy
  3. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately
