Gluten and Dairy Free Pulled Pork Pasta Bake

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 250 ml passata
  • 100 ml dairy free cream
  • 150 g leftover pulled BBQ pork *
  • 2 tsps basil
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 2 tbsps dairy free cheese grated
  • 180 g gluten free pasta cooked per instructions on packet


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Add the olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Saute the onion and garlic for 5 minutes
  • Stir in the pulled pork and cook for a couple of minutes
  • Pour in the passata and cream
  • Simmer for 5 minutes
  • Season to taste and stir in the basil
  • Stir through the cooked pasta
  • Pour into a casserole dish and top with the grated dairy free cheese
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
