Gluten and Dairy Free Pulled BBQ Brisket

  • 400ml passata
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 500g brisket joint


  1. Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours
  3. Remove the brisket and pull apart with two forks
  4. Add some of the tomato sauce from the slow cooker to the brisket
  5. Serve on gluten free crusty bread topped with dairy free cheese
