Gluten and Dairy Free Peanut Butter & Jelly Waffle Sandwiches

  • 1 egg
  • 115ml dairy free milk
  • 20g dairy free spread, melted
  • 70g gluten free plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon strwaberry jam


  1. Beat together the egg, dairy free spread and milk
  2. Whisk in the flour and caster sugar
  3. Pour batter into a pre heated waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Sandwich the waffles together using the peanut butter and strawberry jam
