Gluten and Dairy Free Melon & Ginger Cooler

Serves 4


  • 1 honeydew melon, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 500ml soda water or diet lemonade
  • crushed ice, optional


  1. Blitz the melon flesh, ginger and lime juice in a blender
  2. Divide between the four glasses
  3. Top up with the soda water/lemonade
  4. Add some crushed ice
