Gluten and Dairy Free Hot Mulled Apple

Ingredients

  • 1 litre apple juice or 8 apples juiced
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 slices of orange, cut into quarters
  • 2 slices of lemon, cut into quarters

Method

  1. Place the apple juice, maple syrup, cinnamon sticks, cloves, oranges and lemons in a large saucepan
  2. Heat gently for about 10 minutes
  3. Discard the cinnamon sticks, cloves, oranges and lemons
  4. Pour carefully into mugs and enjoy
