  1. Place the apple juice, maple syrup, cinnamon sticks, cloves, oranges and lemons in a large saucepan
  2. Heat gently for about 10 minutes
  3. Discard the cinnamon sticks, cloves, oranges and lemons
  4. Pour carefully into mugs and enjoy
