Gluten and Dairy Free Honey Banana Loaf

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Grease and line a loaf tin
  3. Whisk together the dairy free spread and caster sugar until light and fluffy
  4. Beat in the egg
  5. Stir in the flour, mashed bananas and honey
  6. Bake for 45 minutes
  7. Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool before slicing
