Gluten and Dairy Free Hearty Breakfast Bowl

  1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and add in the cubed potatoes
  2. Boil until tender, about 10 minutes
  3. Drain away the water
  4. Add the potatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, onion, pepper, garlic, bacon and paprika into shallow pan
  5. Cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes
  6. Stir in the dairy free cheese then transfer the potato mix to a serving bowl
  7. Whisk together the egg, dairy free milk, basil and seasoning
  8. Scramble the egg in a pan for a couple of minutes
  9. Top the potatoes with the scrambled egg, spring onion, tomatoes, avocado and a sprinkle of chilli flakes
