Gluten and Dairy Free Cinnamon Dark Choc Biscotti

Serves 12



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Beat together the dairy free spread and sugar until light and fluffy
  3. Whisk in the egg
  4. Stir in the flour, cinnamon and baking powder
  5. On a piece of parchment paper shape the biscotti mixture into a log about 30 cm long and 2 cm thick
  6. Place on a baking sheet
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
  8. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes then cut into diagonal slices about 2 cm thick
  9. Place the slices on a baking tray and bake for 7 minutes on each side
  10. Allow to cool completely
  11. Melt the chocolate and drizzle on the biscotti
