Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Truffles

  1. Place the milk in a small saucepan and heat until just before boiling point
  2. Remove from the heat and beat in the chocolate until it is melted
  3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours
  4. Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls
  5. Roll in the cocoa powder
  6. Store in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy
