Chocolate and Hazelnut French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices gluten free bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsps dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • 2 tbsps dairy free chocolate and hazelnut spread see below for link to recipe

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the egg, dairy free milk and icing sugar
  • Spread the chocolate and haelnut spread on the bread and sandwich together
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan
  • Dip both sides of the sandwich in the egg mix
  • Fry in the pan for a couple of minutes each side or until golden brown
  • Cut in half and dust with icing sugar
