Chilli Chicken Pasta Salad

  • 1 cooked chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 150 g gluten free pasta cooked per instructions on packet
  • 1/2 teaspoon mild chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 red pepper finely diced
  • 2 spring onions finely sliced
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonaise check it is dairy free
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • handful of fresh parsley


  • Mix together the chilli, paprika, natural yoghurt, mayo, olive oil and lime juice
  • Stir in the chicken, pasta, pepper and spring onions
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Top with some fresh parsley
