Gluten and Dairy Free Chicken and Chorizo Kebabs

Method

  1. In a large bowl place the olive oil, garlic purée, smoked paprika and oregano, mix until combined
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Stir in the chicken and chorizo, you can leave to marinade in the fridge if you have time
  4. Thread onto kebab skewers
  5. Heat a large shallow pan or grill and cook the kebabs for 15 minutes, turning during once or twice during cooking
