Ingredients
  

  • 150 g dairy free spread
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g gluten free self raising flour
  • 1 apple peeled, cored and diced
  • 150 g cherries halved and stones removed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Whisk together the dairy free spread and caster sugar until light and fluffy
  • Whisk in the eggs one at a time
  • Mix through the flour, diced apple and cherries
  • Divide between 6 muffin cases
  • Bake in the oven or 25 minutes
