Gluten and Dairy Free Carrot, Orange & Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml orange juice
  • 1 small carrot, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 small apple, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place the orange juice, carrot, ginger, apple and lemon juice into a blender
  2. Blitz until smooth
  3. Enjoy
